Meet Jo.
I spent over a decade working in tech, leading design teams and navigating the kind of pressure and complexity that comes with it.
Along the way, I became more interested in the inner side of things— what actually drives our choices, our relationships, and our sense of meaning.
I began spending more time in personal growth spaces, intentional communities, and spiritual practice.
I wanted to understand how we change, how we get free.
My background includes a BA in Psychology & Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and certification as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West, one of the most established and rigorous coach training programs in the depth coaching tradition.
Now I work with people who are asking themselves the same big questions about how they want to live.
And this work changes me too.
I pay close attention to what my client’s bring, and find I’m often learning alongside them, about connection, honesty and what it means to stay present to all of life.
Offerings
1:1 Coaching
Three-month, six-month, and ongoing coaching engagements designed to support meaningful, sustained change. After a detailed intake and goal setting process, we work together using what’s most alive for you in each session to clarify direction, shift patterns, and root new ways of being. This is a consistent, held space for reflection, experimentation, and real-world development over time.

Deep Dive Sessions
Half-day, highly focused 1:1 sessions designed to bring clarity to a specific question, decision, or area of your life or work. Using design thinking tools and practical life strategy frameworks, we’ll explore your challenge from multiple angles and leave with concrete direction, next steps, and a clearer sense of what matters most
Team Workshops
Custom-designed, highly interactive workshops for teams or groups focused on alignment, collaboration, and shared problem-solving. These sessions combine facilitated dialogue, design thinking practices, and structured exercises to help groups clarify goals, surface insights, and move forward together with greater coherence and momentum.
Conflict Mediation
A facilitated space for conflicts that feel too charged to handle alone. Drawing on nonviolent frameworks, I support difficult conversations so each person can move forward with greater shared understanding and less reactivity. Together, we find the most honest way forward, whether that is repair, resolution, or closure.

I trust that each person already has an inner knowing about their life. My role is provide the safety, curiosity and reflection to allow it to be heard.
Welcome everything.
Nothing you bring is “wrong” or outside the work. Feedback, resistance, confusion, and big emotions are all valid material to work with, not problems to get rid of.

You are shaped by your relationships, your body, your work, your history, and the systems you live inside. We always take the full context of your life into account.
Experience over interpretation.
Below the level of story, a felt experience is unfolding right now. By prioritizing present-moment sensation and emotion, we access a truth more immediate and reliable than the conceptual mind alone can offer.

Real change takes time. It happens through awareness first, and then through repeated practice of new ways of being in everyday life.
The goal is capacity, not dependency.

Good coaching should not be something you need forever. The aim is to build your capacity to see clearly, relate differently, and navigate your life with more confidence and awareness over time so you don’t need me anymore.
